Lauren Conrad starts off the morning right and stops in to do some business at her clothing warehouse and grabbed lunch at the Sunset Marquis Hotel in Los Angeles on Monday afternoon.

As the face of Avon Cosmetics’ mark, the 22-year-old reality star is speaking out against dating abuse and partner violence. She says, “It’s a difficult age, and you don’t have a lot of experience in dating, and you don’t know what the norm is and what’s acceptable. Dating abuse isn’t something that’s normally talked about. It has such a stigma to it.”

Lauren Conrad spends the night at the Pur Jeans Halloween Party at STK in West Hollywood, Calif. on Friday night.

The 22-year-old Hills star has just partnered with Campus Solutions, Inc., and TheQuad.com to bolster the awareness of the “Lauren Conrad Collection.” Campus Solutions, Inc. will deploy a small army of its brand ambassadors to each of the schools where they will engage students, distribute branded materials and promote to sorority sisters at their houses and during chapter meetings.

Lauren will be the spokesperson and featured host of each runway show along the tour.

Lauren Conrad (in Diane von Fürstenberg) shows her support for “The Hope Honors” hosted by the Avon Foundation at Cipriani 42nd Street on Tuesday in New York City.

Hope Honors recognized outstanding leaders who provide hope, support, help, and healing, in the fight against breast cancer and domestic violence. This annual event has raised over $15.6 million since its inception in 2001.

Patrick Dempsey, Jordin Sparks, and Suze Orman also came to support the event in NYC.

On The Late Show with David Letterman earlier this week, Dave asked Lauren what Brody does, and she responded “He’s very good looking. He’s been on The Hills, and works on a jewelry and clothing line.”

Lauren Conrad holds hands and follows the lead of actor boyfriend Kyle Howard in New York City on Monday night. The couple shared a romantic dinner at celeb-fave Buddakan in the Meatpacking District of Manhattan.

Earlier in the day, The Hills star made an appearance on the Letterman show. Lauren talked about the The Avon Foundation Hope Honors Gala that she’ll be attending tonight. At the event, she will announce the seven recipient organizations of $250,000 that will help educate and prevent partner violence in young women. The money was raised from the sale of the “Have a Heart Necklace” she designed for mark (100% of the proceeds go to the campaign).

Lauren Conrad looks pretty fab outside New York City’s Ed Sullivan Theatre for her appearance on the Late Show With David Letterman on Monday. Tune in tonight to watch!

The Hills starlet rocked out a Saks studded belt with her wide, high waist pants from Alice + Olivia. Lauren also wore a Mike & Chris cropped leather jacket over her low-cut Yaya top.

Here’s the latest People sighting: “Lauren Conrad, arriving at Teddy’s inside the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel hand-in-hand with (boyfriend) Kyle Howard. The pair strolled to their back table at their favorite L.A. haunt after midnight, and weren’t hiding their PDA. They were constantly holding hands as they danced and mingled with their friends. Later, the two ventured out to the smoking patio where they held hands some more and even kissed a little in between conversations with the Hills star’s girlfriends.”

Lauren Conrad sports some ripped jeans and carries around a pair of Koolaburra fringe boots as she enters a hair salon on Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood on Monday.

In the latest issue of Cosmopolitan, Lauren dishes on how she deals with being in the limelight. “I feel like I’m a pretty normal 22-year-old. An actor friend told me the best way to deal with attention is to exist in the 3 feet around you when you’re out with friends—you can’t be worried about people watching you,” she said.

Last week, Heidi Montag apologized to Lauren Conrad about all of the hurtful things she has said about her.

On Monday’s episode of The Hills, Heidi Montag penned an apology note to former BFF Lauren Conrad. Lauren’s coworker and pal Whitney Port, who’s getting her own spin-off series, read the note aloud:

“I just wanted to tell you how sorry I am about everything. I’m so sorry for every negative or hurtful comment I’ve ever said. That is not how I feel or who I am. I think you are a great person and I will always cherish our memories. Thank you for everything you have ever done for me. I really wish things hadn’t turned out this way but I take responsibility. This whole thing has also been really hard for me.

Sincerely, Heidi Montag”

Lauren basically says she can never be friends with Heidi as long as Heidi’s boyfriend Spencer Pratt is around. Later in the episode, Spencer gets angry after he finds out that Heidi apologized to Lauren without his knowing.
