Jake Pavelka is reacting to the death of Lex McAllister, one of the contestants on his season of The Bachelor.

Lex, who was 31, died on Saturday (February 13) of an apparent suicide. She was found after overdosing on pills and was in stable condition after being admitted into the hospital. Her body began to break down later and she sadly passed away.

“Im so sad to hear about Alexa. Such a beautiful girl. My heart breaks for her family. Covering them in prayer during this rough time,” Jake tweeted after the news broke.

Gia Allemand, another contestant on the same season, committed suicide back in 2013.

Lex McAllister, a contestant from season 14 of The Bachelor, has reportedly passed away in an apparent suicide. She was 31.

A 911 call was received in the Columbus, Ohio area on Saturday (February 13) and Lex had reportedly overdosed on pills, TMZ reports. Lex was taken to the hospital in stable condition, but sources say her body began to break down. She reportedly battled depression and bipolar disorder.

Lex was a contestant on season 14 of The Bachelor with Jake Pavelka. A contestant on that same season, Gia Allemand, committed suicide back in 2013.
