Penn Badgley is totally blond now!
The 30-year-old former Gossip Girl star showed off his new look while hitting the the stage with his band MOTHXR at the Life Of The Party event held at the Brickell City Centre as part of Miami Art Basel on Monday evening (November 28) in Miami, Fla.

Penn and his MOTHXR bandmates played songs from their new album including their hits “Victim,” “She Can’t Tell” and “Touch.”
That same evening, the band dined at hotspot Quinto La Huella in EAST HOTEL where Penn, was overheard telling a fan it was their first time playing in Miami and couldn’t wait to come back.
