Emilia Clarke and Kate Walsh are red carpet beauties while arriving for the 2016 BBC America BAFTA Los Angeles TV Tea Party held at The London Hotel on Saturday evening (September 17) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The ladies were joined by Downton Abbey alums Joanne Froggat and Laura Carmichael, American Horror Story‘s Cuba Gooding Jr., Scream Queens actress Niecy Nash, Big Bang Theory‘s Simon Helberg, and Transparent star Jeffrey Tambor. The event was plentiful with Ruffino sparkling rose!

Also in attendance were Sela Ward, Hannah Marks, RuPaul, Chrissy Metz, Melora Hardin, Carrie Preston, Ben Robson, and Keegan-Michael Key. The party was sponsored by Heineken.

Meryl Streep is all smiles while hitting the red carpet at the premiere of her film Florence Foster Jenkins held at the AMC Loews Lincoln Square 13 Theater on Tuesday (August 9) in New York City.

The 67-year-old actress was joined by her co-stars Hugh Grant, Nina Arianda and Simon Helberg, as well as Meryl‘s daughter Louisa Gummer, Simon‘s wife Jocelyn Towne, Kelly Rutherford, Paul Haggis and designer Zac Posen with his mother Susan.

Meryl recently opened up about her and Hugh‘s love in the film and how it should not be dismissed in spite of the infidelities.

“I think especially, peering into other people’s relationships, it’s almost always not what you think it is from the outside, and I think it’s an accurate portrayal of realistic, delusional love,” Meryl explained (via CBS News). “It’s realistic because it is what it is and there is illusion and they both prop up… in this bubble of happiness.”

“I mean one of the genius things that Stephen did that’s embedded in the film is even in the margins, you feel the warmth,” Meryl added. “There’s so many analogies to now, figuring out what makes life worth living. Love and art, as far as I’m concerned, is right smack in the middle. So the compromises that people make to keep their happiness intact — I think that’s all in the service of good.”

Hugh Grant wears a dark blazer as he arrives at Good Morning America to discuss his new movie Florence Foster Jenkins on Monday (August 8) in New York City.

That same day, the 55-year-old English actor headed to AOL Build to continue promoting the film, which he stars in alongside Meryl Streep.

Hugh recently revealed that he was “terrified” to play Meryl‘s on-screen husband.

“I was terrified of her with her 19 Oscar nominations,” Hugh said during his GMA appearance. “But actually she was delightful and raised my game.”

“I used to ask her every day, ‘Meryl, are you nervous?,’” he continued. “For the first week or so she’d tell me, ‘Yes, yes, I’m nervous,’ and after two weeks she got bored of me asking and said, ‘No, I’m not nervous anymore.’”

Hugh also called Meryl an “actress of genius” and said she was a “big reason” he returned to acting after taking a break in recent years.

“I had moved on slightly,” Hugh explained. “I was doing other stuff in life. I had been involved in various political things in Britain. But occasionally it’s lovely to dip my toe back in lake showbiz.”

Chris Evans and Aaron Taylor-Johnson speak together on stage at the Hollywood Foreign Press Association’s Grants Banquet on Thursday (August 4) at the Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The guys starred together in the Marvel movie The Avengers: Age of Ultron, Chris as Captain America and Aaron as Quicksilver.

Also in attendance at the event were Mr. Robot‘s Christian Slater and The Big Bang Theory‘s Simon Helberg.

The organization handed out nearly $2.4 million in grants at the event and celebs appeared on stage to announce the donations.

Also at the screening were Patina‘s Madam Secretary co-star Erich Bergen and Matthew‘s wife Renee Puente.

Florence Foster Jenkins, which tells the true story of a New York heiress (Meryl Streep) who dreamed of becoming an opera singer despite having a terrible singing voice, hits theaters August 12.
