The 36-year-old actress recently resurrected her candy-red Valentino “Histoire” tote bag and wore a cap from her Alma Mater, Denison University (located in Granville, Ohio). She’s also got a Denison zip-up hoodie!

Jennifer and actor husband Ben Affleck are expecting their second this winter. No details about the sex of the baby and the due date have been released.

The 36-year-old actress recently took a trip to her hometown of Charleston, West Virginia where she said, “This is about as far from Hollywood as any place on Earth. I wanted to be a children’s book author and a librarian!”

“My mom took my sisters and me to the library once a week when we were kids,” she continued. “And it’s such a huge community center, especially in a town that has very few resources — to have a place with 100 computers and Internet access to everyone for free, that’s really important in a town like this.”

The 2 1/2-year-old cutie was seen crying in mom-to-be Jennifer Garner’s arms, but then composed herself and started smiling! The mother-daughter duo then walked around the park with a basketball in-tow.

Daddy Affleck is reportedly in talks to star in The Company Men with John Wells directing. The film involves a man whose life is up-ended by a financial downsizing. (Familiar scenario, eh?)

Mom-to-be Jennifer Garner and daughter Violet Affleck share a smile as they head to a nursery school in Santa Monica, Calif. on Wednesday.

Jen, 36, will be hosting the first “Voices for a Senate Majority” fundraiser to support Democratic senatorial candidates. Over 50 Hollywood mainstays will attend the event including: J.J. Abrams, Martin Short, Diane Keaton, Tom Hanks and Larry David.

The event was hosted by Palisadian designer Elyse Walker and benefited the Cedar-Sinai Women’s Cancer Research Institute.
