Javier Bardem: Starring Role in Bond Film?

Javier Bardem has been offered a starring role in the next James Bond film!

The 41-year-old actor and new dad was offered the role last week, Deadline reports, right around when Javier was nominated for an Oscar for his work on Biutiful.

Although there’s no word on what role Javier would play, typically, lead male roles in Bond films are villains! Javier played ruthless killer Anton Chigurh back in 2007′s No Country for Old Men.
