Jeremy Irvine & Tom Hiddleston: 'War Horse' Premiere!

Jeremy Irvine and Tom Hiddleston suit up for the premiere of their film War Horse held at Avery Fisher Hall on Sunday (December 4) in New York City.

The co-stars were joined for the world premiere of the flick by director Steven Spielberg!

On the red carpet, Tom (in Armani) told JustJared.com about the difference between acting in War Horse and his upcoming action flick, The Avengers.

“My job in this was a lot of high-action. I’m in this film for about 25 minutes and I lead two calvary charges so there’s a hell of a lot of action in it. I didn’t have to be in a superhero costume. I didn’t have to be in a cape. I didn’t have a 10-pound bronze helmet on, which made life a little bit easier,” Tom shared. “But you know, acting is acting, and what we are trying to do is be as truthful as we can in every moment. There’s no film I preferred making, but they were both fantastic.”
