Lindsay Lohan: Shoeless After Court Appearance!

Lindsay Lohan steps out without her shoes while grabbing a tasty smoothie at a local juice bar on Thursday (January 31) in Los Angeles.

The night before, the 26-year-old actress rocked knee high boots while heading out for dinner at Dan Tana’s restaurant in West Hollywood.

It was recently reported that Lindsay is suing her clothing label partners for $1.1 million for fraud, trademark infringement, and breach of contract.

“They owe us a million dollars. We’re suing to force them to pay,” Lindsay‘s civil lawyer Perry C. Wander told the Daily News.

He added, “The agreement did not have a morals clause, and Lindsay Lohan had no responsibility to promote the line, so there’s no defense for their actions. They’re trying to insert those as a defense, but they weren’t part of this deal.”
