Gwen Stefani: Beach Day with the Boys!

Gwen Stefani shows off her amazing abs while spending the afternoon at the beach with her sons Kingston and Zuma on Saturday (June 29) in Long Beach, Calif.

The 43-year-old singer kept herself shaded from the sun with a blue umbrella while Kingston, 7, and Zuma, 4, got paddleboarding lessons. The boys were later seen eating some ice cream treats to cool off.

Earlier in the week, Gwen and her husband Gavin Rossdale took the boys out for ice cream together.
