Neil Patrick Harris: Emmys 2013 Opening Monologue (Video)

Neil Patrick Harris is all smiles while hosting the 2013 Emmy Awards held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Sunday (September 22) in Los Angeles.

The 40-year-old actor was joined for his opening monologue by previous Emmy hosts Jimmy Kimmel and Jane Lynch.

This was the second time that NPH has hosted the award ceremony, the first time was in 2009.
