Ian Somerhalder Shows Gratitude to Fans After 36th Birthday

Ian Somerhalder carries his Macbook while doing some shopping around town on Wednesday (December 10) in Los Angeles.

Earlier in the week, the 36-year-old actor celebrated his birthday and took the time to thank his fans for all the birthday wishes.
