'American Idol' Contestant Jax Wears the Blue & Black Dress!

Singer Jax hits the stage to perform during the Top 8 Girls night on American Idol held at The Fillmore on Thursday night (March 5) in Detroit, Mich.

The 18-year-old New Jersey Native wore the highly-controversial dress that became an Internet sensation the week before when people couldn’t agree on the color.

“Is this the dress that broke the internet?” host Ryan Seacrest asked. “Is it white and gold?”
