Josh Brolin is engaged to his former assistant Kathryn Boyd, his rep confirms to JustJared.com!

The 47-year-old Inherent Vice actor reportedly got engaged to Kathryn sometime last month, according to Us Weekly.

Josh and Kathryn celebrated their engagement with friends in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico this month.

“They were with two tables worth of people so it was a big group, more than eight people,” an eyewitness said. “They had a fixed menu and it seemed like they were celebrating something… It looked like a party and it seemed celebratory.”

The couple began dating in March 2013, one month after it was confirmed that Josh and his ex-wife Diane Lane were divorcing after eight years of marriage.
