Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Jimmy Fallon rock graduation gowns as they deliver a hilarious commencement speech as 1989 high school students with the two lowest GPAs on The Tonight Show on Thursday (May 21) in New York City.
“Me and Jimmy may or may not deliver a ‘special’ commencement speech tonight,” the 42-year-old actor tweeted.
