Caitlyn Jenner Car Crash: Reports Conclude She Violated Vehicular Manslaughter Law

The Los Angeles county Sheriff’s Department concluded their investigation into Caitlyn Jenner‘s fatal car crash earlier in the year, and they say that she violated the vehicular manslaughter law.

The 65-year-old reality star’s case will officially be sent to the district attorney. The report was 161 pages long, TMZ reports, and says that she “set off a chain of events” that led to the death of one person due to Caitlyn‘s high rate of speed. She was actually going under the speed limit, but due to road conditions, police concluded that she was going too fast at that time.

Caitlyn‘s case will be presented to the D.A. next week for review. If convicted, she could face a year in jail.

A video of the fatal car crash surfaced last month.
