Blake Shelton Will Host the Kids' Choice Awards 2016

Blake Shelton had big news to announce on Monday morning… he’s going to host the 2016 Kids’ Choice Awards on Nickelodeon!

The 39-year-old singer revealed the news on The Today Show on Monday (November 9).

“My agent called and was like, ‘Is there anything you can think of that you’d want to do?’… And I actually had been thinking I want to host those Kids’ Choice Awards, I want to do it,” Blake said. “And she was like, ‘Uhhhh… Okay.’ I wanna do this thing with kids. It’s fun. I wanna get slimed.”

The 2016 Kids’ Choice Awards are set to air on March 12.
