Glee's Mark Salling Indicted for Possession of Child Porn

Mark Salling has been indicted for the possession of child pornography by a federal grand jury.

The 33-year-old former Glee actor is facing two counts of child porn and he faces a minimum five year sentence if convicted of receiving child porn, according to TMZ.

If he is convicted of possessing child pron, Mark could receive a twenty year sentence.

“Young victims are harmed every time an image is generated, every time it is distributed and every time it is viewed,” U.S. attorney Eileen Decker said in a statement.

Last year, Mark‘s laptop was seized by the LAPD’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and thousands of images and videos of child porn were found.
