Joe Simpson Breaks Silence on Prostate Cancer Diagnosis

Joe Simpson has taken to his Instagram account after revealing that he is battling prostate cancer.

The 58-year-old father of Jessica and Ashlee Simpson posted a photo which said, “Cancer the Dream Killer.”

After posting the photo, Joe received an outpouring of support from fans.

“Praying for you Joe,” “You got this!,” and “Sending you lots of love and support” were just some of the comments that fans left on the photo.

Joe was diagnosed two months ago and successfully underwent surgery. He is in recovery. We’re wishing Joe all the best!
