Tom Brady Breaks Silence on Gisele Bundchen's Controversial Concussion Comments

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has finally addressed Gisele Bundchen‘s controversial comments that he had a concussion last year, despite it never being reported to the National Football League.

“She’s there every day. I mean, we go to bed in the same bed every night, so I think she knows when I’m sore, she knows when I’m tired, she knows when I get hit. We drive home together [from games]. But, she also knows how well I take care of myself. She’s a very concerned wife and very loving,” Tom said on ESPN’s E:60.

“He had a concussion last year…he has concussions pretty much – we don’t talk about…. but he does have concussions,” Gisele said back in May during an appearance on Charlie Rose.

The NFL is cracking down on concussions and the concussion protocol due in part to the disease chronic traumatic encephalopathy (aka CTE), which commonly effects football players and those in high contact sports. If Tom or the New England Patriots hid an injury from the league, this could be a serious violation.
