Kanye West Is All Smiles While Out to Lunch With Pusha T

Kanye West couldn’t contain his smile while out to lunch with some friends!

The 40-year-old rapper was spotted with Pusha T while leaving Sugarfish on Wednesday afternoon (July 19) in Calabasas, Calif.

The day before, it was revealed that Kanye sent a special gift to an inspiring fan named Tyler Wesley.

Tyler, who was paralyzed in a car accident, has defied all odds and gone on to take his first steps so Kanye sent him a pair of Yeezys.

“You are an inspiration. You show the world anything is possible. Thank you for sharing your journey,” Kanye wrote in a note.
