John Boyega Reveals He was Stock Photo Model for College Brochures: 'I Needed The Money'

John Boyega is all smiles while making an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday (July 26) in New York City.

The 25-year-old British actor talked about his breakout roles in Star Wars, his latest film Detroit, and opened up about being a young actor taking work anywhere he could find it.

At that point, host Jimmy revealed that he had dug up some embarrassing modeling photos from early in John‘s career. To help pay his way through drama school, John starred in a series of stock photos for college brochures.

“Disclaimer: I needed the money,” an embarrassed John told the crowd – See the photos in the interview below!
