Katie Holmes stepped out while rocking a huge ring on her left hand, sparking some rumors that she and Jamie Foxx got engaged!

The 39-year-old actress was on the set of her new movie The Secret on Wednesday (October 31) in New Orleans when the pictures were taken, and her rep quickly spoke out and explained the ring.

“Katie’s not engaged to anyone besides her fictional movie fiancé, played by Jerry O’Connell,” her rep said in a statement (via People).

Jamie and Katie were first linked back in 2013 and have been notoriously private about their relationship. In recent months, they have been photographed together more often.
