The 33-year-old Baywatch actress and the 35-year-old CEO, who was previously linked to Emma Watson, were spotted together aboard a yacht on Sunday (July 7) in Capri, Italy.

The two looked like they were having a good time together while vacationing in Italy. The two were spotted hanging out together in Los Angeles earlier this year, sparking romance rumors.
