Usher Wants Herpes Accuser to Pay Him $2,500 - Find Out Why

Usher is asking for money from the woman who accused him of giving her herpes.

The 40-year-old Confessions singer is asking a Los Angeles judge to award him $2,500 in sanctions against his accuser and her legal team according to court documents obtained by The Blast on Monday (July 8).

In the documents, Usher claims that the accuser refused to answer questions during her deposition, in which he asked her about the allegations.

He wants the judge to order her to answer the questions, and to be sanctioned for not answering. He also said that her refusal was “based on two objections, both of which are so frivolous as to be sanctionable.”

Her lawyer repeatedly “instructed her client not to answer, saying it was an invasion of her privacy” according to the report.
