Lindsay Lohan Must Pay Former Driver $40,000 (Report)

Lindsay Lohan has been ordered to pay her former driver $40,000.

The 33-year-old Lindsay Lohan’s Beach Club star’s former driver, Edson Ricci, may now seek the money in California, The Blast reports.

According to court documents, a small claims court in Los Angeles has ruled that Edson – who has already sued Lindsay in New York and won – can also attempt to collect on that settlement in California.

Edson originally sued Lindsay in 2015, stating that she owed him $27,839.18 for “unpaid car services and a hotel bill.” He said he only worked for her for a few months in 2012.

He also claims that she originally owed him $43,900, paying off some of the debt but leaving an outstanding amount.

Edson Ricci says he is still owed $41,563.60, aka the amount he can also try to collect in California.

Lindsay Lohan reportedly never responded to the lawsuit, and it’s uncertain if she took any action in California courts.
