Goo Hara Dead - K-Pop Star Dies at 28

K-Pop star Goo Ha-ra, also known professionally as Hara, has found dead at her home in Seoul, South Korea at the age of 28.

Her cause of death has not been released, Variety reports.

Earlier this year, the star released a statement after she attempted suicide. At that time, she was set to testify against former soccer player and ex Choi Jong Bum in a case involving abuse and blackmail.

She was previously part of the five-part girl group Kara from 2008 to 2015. After that, she pursued a solo music career and took on various acting roles.
