DaBaby Detained for Questioning in Robbery Investigation

DaBaby has been detained by police for questioning.

The 28-year-old “Suge” rapper is being detained in relation to a robbery investigation on Thursday (January 2) in Miami, TMZ reports.

Seven cop cars were reportedly present when DaBaby was handcuffed.

In a video of the alleged robbery, a group of guys appears to jump a man and take his money and other property.

The outlet also reports that the victim is a concert promoter who was meeting up with DaBaby to pay for a gig. DaBaby reportedly thought the promoter owed him several thousand dollars more.

“Things just went out of control,” a source said.

DaBaby is part of the just-released official lineup for the 2020 Coachella Music Festival.
