You might be surprised to learn how The Crown intends to handle the Prince Harry and Meghan Markle story line after they stepped away from their royal duties because, it’s not even in the cards!

Turns out, the show’s executive producer does not foresee the show entering modern times.

“To be honest, whatever the life of The Crown is after where we are now, I doubt we’ll ever go as far into the present day,” Suzanne Mackie said (via the BBC).

So it looks like The Crown will be wrapping up at some point before we enter the present day!
