The Real Reasons Why Abby Huntsman Quit 'The View' Reportedly Revealed

The View hasn’t been without controversy over the years, it appears as if one of the show’s most recently departed co-hosts, Abby Huntsman, left over a reported toxicity.

In the new book, “Ladies Who Punch: The Explosive Inside Story of The View” by Ramin Setoodeh, we learned about the conversations Abby had with producers.

“Abby, who had spent just over a year on The View, reached her decision after multiple conversations with ABC executives about the toxicity at the root of the show,” an excerpt from the book read (via Us Weekly). “When they didn’t respond to her, she told them that she’d like to move on, according to sources with knowledge of those conversations. Abby didn’t think that anyone at ABC was looking out for her.”

Abby announced her decision to leave the show earlier this year, and this is the reason she gave at the time.
