'RHOSLC' Star Mary Cosby Pleads Not Guilty to Unlawfully Providing Shelter to Runaway

E! Online reports that the reality TV star has been charged with unlawfully providing shelter to a runaway and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Court documents say the alleged incident took place on April 8, 2021 but no other details have been revealed.

She pleaded not guilty to both misdemeanor counts and is reportedly set to appear in court for a pre-trial on August 12.

A representative for Mary told the outlet, “Mary is saddened that she was dragged into another family’s domestic situation, but is confident that this misunderstanding will be cleared up soon.”

Mary is the second Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star to face legal troubles.

Her co-star Jen Shah was arrested for conspiracy to commit wire fraid in connection with telemarketing in March of this year. The cast was reportedly filming at the time of her arrest.

Recently released court documents then alleged that Jen and her assistant Stuart Smith were “senior participants” in the telemarketing scheme. Find out more…
