Influencer Mercedes Morr Dead at 33, Cause of Death Released

Social media influencer and model Miss Mercedes Morr, who boasted followers including Megan Thee Stallion and Snoop Dogg, has tragically died.

She was only 33 years old.

Mercedes, who was born Jenae Gagnier, was found dead at her home in Richmond, Texas on Sunday (August 29). Police responded to do a welfare check on her and found her deceased alongside another deceased individual, 34-year-old Kevin Alexander Accorto.

The medical examiner confirmed to E! News that Mercedes‘ cause of death is strangulation and traumatic concussion. Accorto‘s cause of death is suicide by multiple sharp force trauma. Police believe this was an apparent murder-suicide.

The police also do not believe Mercedes and Accorto were in a relationship and they are now searching for a motive for this heinous crime.

Mercedes had 2.6 million Instagram followers at the time of her death. Our thoughts are with her friends, family, and loved ones at this time.
