'John Wick: Chapter 4' Release Date Pushed Back By Almost 1 Year

John Wick: Chapter Four, the fourth installment of Keanu Reeves‘ fan favorite film franchise, has just announced a big release date change.

Originally, the film was set to go up against Tom Cruise‘s long awaited Top Gun: Maverick on May 27, 2022. However, John Wick just moved out of Memorial Day weekend 2022.

The film will now be released on March 24, 2023. Deadline is reporting the reason why. They are saying that “principal photography just wrapped on the movie and the release date change provides the filmmakers’ more time in post.”
