Daniel Craig Gives Update on 'Knives Out 2' & Reveals Expected Premiere Date

Daniel Craig is opening up about his upcoming movie, Knives Out 2, which just wrapped production in Europe late last year.

The 53-year-old actor, who will return as Detective Benoit Blanc to unravel another whodunnit mystery, spoke about the flick with Variety in a one-on-one interview with Javier Bardem.

Knives Out 2 will also star Dave Bautista, Edward Norton, Janelle Monáe, Kathryn Hahn, Leslie Odom Jr., Kate Hudson, Madelyn Cline, Jessica Henwick, and Ethan Hawke and is expected to debut sometime this year – a fact which Daniel backed up.

“We did the second one in the summer. We shot in Greece and then we filmed studio work in Serbia,” Daniel shared. “It’s finished, it’s in the can, Rian’s editing now and it’ll be out autumn of this year.”

He added of the film, “It’s done, amazing really.”

In the same interview, Daniel realized that he was bleeding from his forehead!
