The medical examiner ruled Marion‘s passing as an accident and said the cause was heat stroke.

According to TMZ, Marion was exercising in “sauna-like conditions” in his apartment. He was found in his residence where the thermostat was set at 91 degrees and the heat was on. The Frisco Police Department added that he had not been seen for three weeks prior to the day he was found.

He apparently had a “history of exercising during sauna-like conditions,” but no natural disease was found during his autopsy and there was no evidence of trauma or drug use found.

Our thoughts are with Marion‘s loved ones during this time. RIP.
