Sergey Brin's Wife Nicole Shanahan Denies Having an Affair with Elon Musk, Calls Reports 'Defamatory'

Nicole Shanahan is hitting back at rumors she had an affair with Elon Musk.

It was reported over the weekend that the 51-year-old Tesla CEO had an affair with Nicole, who is married to his billionaire friend and Google founder Sergey Brin, in December of last year.

Elon subsequently denied the reports, calling them “total BS.” On Wednesday (July 27), Nicole‘s lawyer also released a statement about the alleged affair.

Nicole‘s attorney Bryan Freeman told TMZ, “Make no mistake, any suggestion that Nicole had an affair with Elon Musk is not only an outright lie but also defamatory.”

In the original article, friends alleged that Elon and Nicole‘s affair Sergey to file for divorce in 2022. At the time, Sergey cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split. The couple share a daughter, who was born in 2018, and he asked to share custody of her as part of the divorce arrangements.
