'Garfield' Movie Adds Hannah Waddingham, Nicholas Hoult & More

The upcoming Garfield movie has just added four new stars to the cast.

Deadline reports that Ted Lasso‘s Hannah Waddingham, The Great‘s Nicholas Hoult, SNL alum Cecily Strong and Ving Rhames have all joined the flick.

The movie, which is based on Jim Davis’ iconic cartoon strip of the same name, centers on the cynical and lazy orange cat of the same name and his interactions with his owner, Jon Arbuckle, along with his fellow pet, Odie.

Details about their characters have not been released so far.

However, they do join Chris Pratt, who will provide the voice of Garfield, as well as Samuel L. Jackson in the movie.

The Garfield movie will be directed by Mark Dindal.
