Prime Video has revealed that the first two episodes of the high fantasy series will debut in theaters as part of a fan events across the globe on August 31 – which is two days ahead of the official premiere on the streamer.

According to Variety, the fan events will be hosted by Cinemark theaters, and tickets are available right now on this page.
The reservation also comes with a $10 snack voucher, and only available to Cinemark Movie Rewards members — the theater chain’s two-tiered loyalty program, which includes a free subscription option.
There will also be fan events in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Argentina, Colombia, Australia and New Zealand.
The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power follows an ensemble cast of characters, both familiar and new, as they confront the long-feared re-emergence of evil to Middle-earth.
From the darkest depths of the Misty Mountains, to the majestic forests of the elf-capital of Lindon, to the breathtaking island kingdom of Númenor, to the furthest reaches of the map, these kingdoms and characters will carve out legacies that live on long after they are gone.
