Broadway's 'Into the Woods' Revival to Release Cast Recording - Watch Sara Bareilles Sing 'Moments in the Woods'! (Video)

The cast of the Broadway revival of Into the Woods recorded an album that will be released at the end of the month!

Sara Bareilles, Patina Miller, Brian d’Arcy James, Phillipa Soo, Gavin Creel, and Joshua Henry led the original cast of the revival and are all featured on the album.

In anticipation of the release, Concord Theatricals/Craft Recordings have dropped a video of Sara singing the Baker’s Wife’s big act two number “Moments in the Woods.”

“Producing this album has been a genuine joy. The cast and orchestra are superb, and every performance is a tribute to Steve and James’ masterwork,” said Sean Patrick Flahaven, who spent 25 years working with Sondheim in various musical capacities and has been a producer on dozens of cast albums.

Into the Woods is currently running on Broadway through January 8. The full album will get a digital release on September 30 and a physical release on December 2.
