'Smile' Movie - Movie's Ending Explained (Spoilers!)

The creepy new horror movie tells the story of Rose Cotter (Sosie Bacon), a doctor working in a psychiatric hospital. Her life is turned upside down after a traumatic encounter with a disturbed young woman, leaving her with nightmarish visions. She soon discovers that she’s the latest victim of a malevolent entity that passes from host to host by making them experience trauma.

Rose has just seven days to figure out how to escape the curse or become the latest victim of whatever is causing the Smile monster to spread.

The movie hits theaters on September 30.
