Trevor Noah to Host Grammys 2023, His Third Time Hosting the Ceremony

The 2023 Grammys found their host for the evening!

The annual music awards ceremony named Trevor Noah as their host for the third time in a row. He previously hosted the 2021 Grammys and the 2022 Grammys.

The news comes just days after Trevor signed off for the last time from his longtime gig on The Daily Show after seven years, and ahead of his Off the Record stand-up tour set to kick off in January.

Trevor will also be reuniting with Daily Show staffers who have worked the award show with him in the past.

“Some of us work on the Grammys together, some of us work on other shows that I’m producing. It’s almost like that moment in soccer. As a soccer player, you’ll play for your club and then you’ll play for the national team and there was always a moment where a player would retire from the national team. They’d say, ‘I’m no longer going to play at the international level, but I’ll still play for my club.’ And it’s always sad because they won’t be on the national team, but they’re still playing and they’re still playing with many of the players they know,” he told THR of his ongoing relationship with the writers.

The 2023 Grammys air live on February 5, 2023 at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on CBS. Find out who’s nominated!
