In a new report from NBC News, Ezra has changed his plea from not guilty to guilty on the count of unlawful trespassing.

He had been charged with breaking and entering, as well as burglary, at a residence in Stamford, Vermont.

The Vermont State Police released a statement saying that they were notified of “a burglary complaint at a residence on County Road in the town of Stamford, Vermont. The initial findings indicated that several bottles of alcohol were taken from within the residence while the homeowners were not present.”

“As a result of an investigation that included surveillance videos and statements, probable cause was found to charge Ezra M. Miller with the offense of felony burglary into an unoccupied dwelling,” the statement read.

With his now guilty plea in unlawful trespassing, the charges of burglary and larceny are set to be dropped, according to a clerk for the Vermont Superior Court.

NBC adds that new court documents were drafted and now show that prosecutors are seeking 89 to 90 days for Ezra in a suspended sentence, as a well as a year probation and $500 fine.

It was just announced that Ezra‘s upcoming movie, The Flash, is still on track to debut this year, and the trailer will premiere at the Super Bowl.
