Sex/Life's Sarah Shahi Explains Why Working With Real-Life Boyfriend Adam Demos Is 'So Much Easier'

Sarah Shahi is opening up about working with her real-life boyfriend Adam Demos!

The couple met while working on season one of Netflix’s Sex/Life and reunited for the second season, which recently premiered.

Sarah appeared on The Jennifer Hudson Show this week and talked about working with Adam. She was also joined on the show by her son Knox!

“I feel lucky because I kind of take myself out of the situation and I have a bird’s eye view of myself and him working together,” Sarah said. “It makes my job so much easier because if it’s a love scene or it’s a fight scene or whatever it is, all I have to do is look at him and the words become real.”

“It’s almost like an experiment. It’s like a privilege to be able to work with the person you love and also, your characters are simulating real-life things as well. It actually makes my job a little bit easier,” she added. “I don’t have to pretend, which is nice!”

Sarah has booked a new role that could possibly affect a third season of Sex/Life.
