'The Bachelor' Finale Had a Major Audio Fail - Here's How Jesse Palmer Addressed It Live

There was a major fail during the season finale of The Bachelor when the sound completely cut out and in the middle of the episode.

For about five minutes during the episode, there was no sound available and viewers had to read lips to figure out what was being said.

The sound cut-out during Zach Shallcross‘ solo date with Gabi and fans could watch what was happening, but couldn’t hear their conversation.

Host Jesse Palmer addressed the snafu live on air after the commercial break.

“Apologies for the technical difficulties earlier but we are back on track now and don’t worry because you didn’t miss anything except another shot of Zach in the shower and there are plenty more to come,” Jesse said.

One fan joked, “No sound during the bachelor is the worst thing to happen on live television since the Super Bowl blackout during SB47.”
