Amanda Seyfried Weighs In on Elizabeth Holmes' 11-Year Prison Sentence

Amanda Seyfried channels her inner Cher in a chic yellow plaid ensemble by Smythe while out in New York City on Tuesday (May 30).
The 37-year-old actress was spotted making her way to both Live! With Kelly and Mark, and Good Morning America to promote her new Apple TV+ series, The Crowded Room.
During her GMA appearance, Amanda was asked about Elizabeth Holmes‘ prison sentence. Amanda played the Theranos founder in Hulu’s The Dropout.
“There’s two kids that are hanging in the balance here. As a parent — just as a mom,” Amanda said when asked about what she thought of Elizabeth‘s sentence.
She added that “Life’s not fair, but in a lot of ways it’s fair. It’s fair for her, in particular.”
