Elton‘s husband, David Furnish, was first asked about their party, the White Tie and Tiara Balls, in 2001. The accusation against Spacey stems from that night, with the man in question accusing Spacey of sexually assaulting him en route to the event.

David was asked if he recognized the accuser, to which he responded that he did. “He was a little bit cheeky, he always had a cheeky smile on his face,” David shared with the court. “You could always engage in playful banter with him.”

He was then asked if he thought the accuser was good looking and he said, “He was very handsome.”
