Jana Kramer Reveals How She's Dealing With Nausea In Her Third Pregnancy

Jana Kramer is currently pregnant with her third child and in a new Q&A with fans on Instagram, opened up about how she’s doing with nausea and morning sickness.

The 39-year-old singer and former One Tree Hill star is expecting her first child with fiance Allan Russell. She has two older children with her ex, Mike Caussin.

In addition to talking to fans about her nausea, Jana also shared what she’s been eating this time around.

“It’s wild how different pregnancies are,” she told fans. “In the first trimester, I couldn’t really stomach anything but a bagel and cream cheese and now the thought of a bagel and cream cheese makes me want to vomit.”

Jana went on, saying that with this pregnancy, sugar is off the table.

“I can’t eat any sweets or my stomach hurts. I’m still nauseous throughout the day but it’s worse at night and morning.”

She also explained that she has actually had morning sickness throughout her entire pregnancy before: “[It] was the same with Jace. With Jolie it stopped at 17 weeks.

As for what she’s eating to help stop the nausea, it’s anything cold.

“Also I just want salads all the time [and] things that are not too heavy,” she wrote in her response. “I really wish I could eat fries or warm things but that sounds awful to me. Also I can’t drink flat water or that makes me want to puke too. So, I have lots of bubbly [water].”

Later on in the Q&A, Jana also opened up about her plans to have a scheduled C-section.

“All I can pray for is a healthy baby and a smooth delivery,” she said. “The reality is I can’t control the outcomes or what’s going to happen so when I get fearful or start to panic, I just need to pray and be positive that it’s all going to be OK.”

“To roominate [sic] on what-ifs only further cause anxiety when it’s not in my hands. … I will be blessed though to have the calm presence of Allan with me through it all.”
