Jodie Turner Smith & Joshua Jackson Split, Date of Separation & Reason Why Revealed in Divorce Documents

Jodie Turner Smith has reportedly just filed for divorce from Joshua Jackson.

The 37-year-old actress’ divorce documents were filed on Monday (October 2) by divorce lawyer Laura Wasser.

TMZ is reporting that Jodie is citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split. She is also asking for joint custody of their daughter, Juno, who is 3.

The site is also reporting that Jodie and Joshua signed a pre-nuptial agreement, and she does not want any spousal support, nor does she want to pay spousal support.

She also listed the date of separation as September 13. What is interesting about this date of separation is it’s just four days after these photos of Joshua and Jodie out together for her birthday. They had another birthday celebration on September 8, 2023 as well.

The pair met in 2018 and got engaged a few months later.
