David Beckham Almost Missed Birth of Son Over Jennifer Lopez & Beyonce Photo Shoot, Victoria Reveals Her Displeased Reaction (Plus, See the Possible Photos!)

Victoria Beckham revealed one moment in her marriage to David Beckham that caused an issue: he nearly missed the birth of their son, Cruz.

If you don’t know, in 2005, Victoria was on bed rest and doctors wanted to schedule a c-section to deliver their son.

However, David told doctors he had a shoot alongside Jennifer Lopez and Beyoncé that day, seemingly to film their Pepsi commercial.

Victoria recalled the story in Beckham, their Netflix docu-series out now.

“What do you mean a shoot?” she shared about her reaction. “I was like, ‘Seriously, I’m about to burst. I’m on bed rest! Are you kidding me? You’ve got a damn photo shoot with Jennifer Lopez, who is gorgeous and not about to have a baby?’”

He eventually was able to change the date and was there for the birth of his son Cruz, who is now 18, in February of 2005.

However, images from the shoot were released just after she gave birth and she wasn’t pleased.

“So I had my C-section, and I remember lying there, don’t feel at my most gorgeous, let’s just say. And I remember someone showing me the front page of the newspaper, which was a gorgeous picture of David between Jennifer Lopez and Beyoncé, and the headline was, ‘What would Posh say?’” she recalled.

“Let me tell you what Posh would say. Posh was pissed off!” she declared. We’ve included a gallery of photos of David with JLo and Beyonce just three days after Cruz’s birth. They were promoting the Pepsi commercial together in a photo call in Madrid.

In the docu-series, David and Victoria also spoke about the rumors he cheated on her four times with his personal assistant.
