TVLine is reporting that a 13 episode season is now planned due to the actors’ strike. Originally, it was thought that Law & Order: SVU would get a 22 episode season.

The shooting schedule is highly dependent on when the actors’ strike is set to end, but reportedly, NBC is aiming for an early December start date.
