3 'NCIS' Veteran Characters Will Appear in 'NCIS: Origins' Prequel Series!

Mark Harmon‘s character will be the focus of the prequel series.

In addition to executive producing the series, he will also return to narrate NCIS: Origins. He starred on the original NCIS for the first 19 seasons, eventually exiting in 2021.

His son Sean Harmon, who came up with the idea for NCIS: Origins, will also serve as an executive producer. While he played a younger version of his dad’s character on NCIS ebfore, a new actor will play his dad in NCIS: Origins.

Muse Watson’s late character will also be getting the backstory treatment when NCIS: Origins debuts.

A new actor will be playing the role of Franks in this series.
